Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without reaching out to us first makes the process slower and more complicated. Any chargeback filed on an order confirmed as delivered will be formally disputed with the bank using our order records, tracking information, and delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases from accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive dispute activity.
